Superlatex

Superlatex has been specifically designed as a latex admixture for use in cement compositions that will greatly improve adhesion to substrates and improvide excellent resistance to water and water vapour. Superlatex improves robustness and flexibility, provides resistance to frost and chemicals, while mitigating dusting. It is used in floors and basements, levelling floors prior to placement of the tiles and for patching and repairing concrete

Epoxy Crack-pac Complete

The Crack-Pac two-part, high solids, low-viscosity crack injection epoxy is designed to repair cracks in concrete. The mixed adhesive has the viscosity of a light oil and a low surface tension that enables it to penetrate fine to medium width cracks. The kit includes everything needed to pressure inject approximately 2.4 meters of cracks

E440 Low Viscosity Resin Crack Filler

E440 is a 2 component solvent free low viscosity epoxy. The product is designed to repair medium to fine cracks in concrete. E440 conforms to of ASTM C-881 Type I & II, Grade 1, Classes B & C

E450 Culvert Repair Epoxy

E450 is a non- slump aggregate filled epoxy paste designed where excellent substrate adhesion is required. The product is specifically designed at a 2:1 mix ratio for easy on site use

C270S Superpatch standard

This high-strength multi-purpose patching and repair mortar is used to structurally repair spalled and damaged concrete

C271FR Superpatch Fibre Reinforced

This high-strength patching and repair mortar contains fibres, single filaments 32 microns in diameter and between 6 and 12 mm long. C271FR is mainly used to structurally restore spalled and damaged concrete

C273LG Superpatch Light Grey

This high-strength multi-purpose patching and repair mortar is used to structurally restore spalled and damaged concrete. C273LG is light grey and matches the colour of concrete once applied, C273LG is easy to mix and apply

C276FC Superpatch Fairing Coat

This architectural coating and repair mortar is based on Nano technology and polymer blends, which provide superior adhesion properties. It is used as an internal and external coating over concrete, as well as bricks and blocks where a uniform colour is required. It can also be used as a smoothing coat and to seal fine cracks and pores, in addition to filling blow holes

CURING COMPOUNDS

CCR10 Resin-cure

This permanent membrane-forming emulsion compound, featuring Pliolite resin technology, is sprayed onto freshly-poured concrete effective curing. It is ideal for those applications that rely on light reflectance to keep concrete temperatures to a minimum. CCR10 mitigates the growth of bacteria, acts as a barrier against chloride penetration and provides a dust-free surface

CCA15 Acry-cure

This membrane-forming acrylic-based curing compound is applied to fresh concrete to retain moisture. CCA15 is an economical curing compound typically used on floors. CCA15 is not designed for structural concrete

CCW20 Wax-cure

This membrane-forming wax emulsion curing compound is applied to fresh concrete to seal in moisture and arrest evaporation. It provides adequate hydration right to the surface of the concrete and ensures maximum hydration. CCW20 complies with ASTM C309 - 2005

EPOXY GROUT

E211 Epoxy Flow Grout (3 Part)

This three-part moisture tolerant grout is self-levelling. With its high early strength gain and sound chemical resistance properties it is suited to precision anchoring of heavy equipment exposed to vibration. E211 is also used to grout holding-down bolts and for remediation of concrete floor joints. Rapid development of physical properties is a major advantage, complemented by its ability to cure in low temperatures.

E222 Chemical Anchor

This two-component, low viscosity, flowable epoxy grout is extensively used in the building and civil engineering industries as a resin for chemical anchoring, a grouting medium as well as for fixing starting bars, bolts and other items vertically into concrete. It bonds to steel and concrete and is simple to mix and apply. E222 has a high-strength modulus and is both chemical and heat resistant

Poly GP

Chemical anchor for use in concrete and masonry. Specially formulated for light or medium duty fixing into hollow or solid base materials

AT-HP Blue

AT-HP Blue is a high performance, all- weather methacrylate anchoring adhesive for concrete and masonry with threaded rod and rebar. AT-HP Blue uses colour change technology where the adhesive changes from blue to grey when it cure, which gives a visual representation that the adhesive anchor is ready to load

Set-XP

SET-XP is a 1:1 two component, high solids epoxy-based anchoring adhesive formulated for optimum performance in both cracked and un-cracked concrete. SET-XP exceeds ASTM C881 specification for Type I & IV, Grade 3, Class C epoxy

E150 General Purpose Epoxy Paste

The mastic has been designed at a 2:1 mix ratio for ease of use on sites, and bonds to most masonry material. E150 also ensures sound chemical and high abrasion resistance

E151 High Strength Epoxy Paste

This non-slump aggregate-filled epoxy paste with its high mechanical strength properties is suited to a diverse range of building and civil-engineering applications. The product has been specifically designed at a 2:1 mix ratio for ease of use on sites and bonds well to most masonry substrates and steel. E151 is moisture tolerant, while providing good chemical and high abrasive resistance, as well as high early, tensile and flexural strengths

E160 Epoxy Primer

This pure epoxy resin bonds to steel and concrete and is used as a primer on green or cured concrete and steel to improve epoxy pastes and grout adhesion. It provides good chemical resistance and excellent substrate penetration

C250S Supergrout Standard

C250S is a general purpose hydraulic grout designed for use as a transfer medium between load bearing members. C250S is a high strength grout with good flow properties and can also be used for grout packing applications the product is non shrink and contains no chlorides or nitrates.
